Use by Team Oxford 2019

This part was important to our work in E. coli as it allowed for fusion of sequences like 6His and SpyTag without interfering with the folding of our CD27L endolysin. The composite parts containing this GSG linker are BBa_K3183200, BBa_K3183201, and BBa_K3183203.
